The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
On Saturday, September 1, Governor Alexander
Filipenko as a head of Yugra Government delegation participated in
anniversary festivities in Nefteyugansk and Yugorsk.
Nefteyugansk is a town which was based on oil, it
celebrated two anniversary at once: its 40th anniversary and 30th
anniversary of town-planning JSC "RN-Yuganskneftegas". The town has
been started and developed during the last years when
Nefteyugansk company was included to the state "Rosneft".
 President
of JSC OC "Rosneft" Sergei Bogdanchikov, director general of the JSC
"RN- UNG" Vladimir Bulba and head of the town Sergei Burov
 started
demonstration of new objects from an office of All-Russian bank for
development of regions, then they went to the opening of new building
of central library. Its hosts said proudly that it is the largest site
in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
Construction of another object - modern Water Sports Palace was
demonstrated to Alexander FIlipenko and Sergei Bogdanchikov. Large
complex, worthy of Olympians will be used by swimming fans,
entertainment center will be placed there as well.
  At
the great meeting devoted to both anniversaries of the town Alexander
Filipenko congratulated workers of oil and gas branch, firstly masters
who had written the first pages of famous oil biography of Yugra, all
oil men, because each of them connected with success of explorers,
field men, on the professional holiday.
Then Governor and following him members of governmental delegation
went to Yugorsk.

Today Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko opened
new school in the town of Lyantor.
School which was built by means of Okrug and
municipal entity Surgutsky District was put into operation 2 years
earlier than it had been planned. Approximately 500 pupils will study
in new building.
At the solemn ceremony the head of the region
congratulated new settlers on a fine educational building. "Regarding
its appearance it is no only a school, it is a university - said
Governor. - I'd like that it will be your second home and this home
will be comfortable, cosy, native for every pupil".

evening devoted to the 75th anniversary of Novomir Borisovich
Patrikeev's birth, academician of Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences and
Art, Social technologies Academy, member of Journalists' Union, member
of Writers' Union of Russia, deserved employee of culture of Russia,
deserved employee of Yugra science, Master of local lore was held in
Khanty-Mansiysk.
Life experience, wisdom, knowledge, authority of Novomir Borisovich
give him a right to carry out serious, important work of chairman of
Pardon Commission of the Autonomous Okrug.
Deputy head of administration of the Khanty-Mansiysk Yury Semyenov
awarded N.B. Patrikeev certificate #1 of the anniversary medal "For
advanced distribution to development of Khanty-Mansiysk" in honor of
425th anniversary of the
 town.
Person whose anniversary is celebrated was awarded the A.M.
Gorchakov's order of the first degree by introduction of
vice-president of Safety, Defense, Law and Order Academy of
Russia.
Lyubov Korneeva, chairman of Journalists' Union of
Yugra granted the honorary badge of Journalists' Union of Russia "For
significant merits for professional community" to Novomir Patrikeev.

On August 31 Governor of Yugra Alexander
Filipenko made a working visit to the town of Raduzhny.
The first deputy Chairman of Yugra Government on
issues of social policy Natalia Zapadnova, director of the Okrug
Department of Education and Science Alla Gribtsova accompanied
Alexander Filipenko.
Visit of the head of the region started from the
opening of new educational building of vocational lyceum #8,
construction of which had been financed by Okrug budget. "I'm
sincerely glad to congratulate you on Day of Knowledge and new home.
Certainly, new educational building, is necessary addition to the
whole lyceum, it makes comfortable conditions to master new
profession" - said Alexander Filipenko in his congratulation to
pupils.
